General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the fern-leopard.com website, operated by fern leopard with its registered office in Warsaw, Dobroczynna 15/3, 00-001 Warsaw.

Using the Website means accepting these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please stop using the Website.

Definitions

• Service Provider – fern leopard with its registered office in Warsaw
• User – any person using the Service
• Services – services provided by the Service Provider, described on the Website

Scope of Services

Through the Service, the Service Provider:

• Presents information about its operations and offered services
• Enables contact via the contact form
• Provides informational materials about charitable activities

The Service is for informational purposes. The presented content constitutes a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code only to the extent expressly indicated.

Terms of Service Use

The User undertakes to:

• Use the Service in accordance with applicable law and good practices
• Not undertake any actions that could disrupt the operation of the Service
• Provide truthful information in contact forms
• Not copy and distribute Service content without the Service Provider's consent

Contact Form

Using the contact form requires providing personal data (name and email address). This data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Submitting the form does not constitute the conclusion of a contract. Details of cooperation will be individually agreed upon during further correspondence.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on the Service, including texts, graphics, logos, photos, and the layout of the page, is protected by copyright and is the property of the Service Provider or the companies that have granted a license.

The User may use the content of the Service solely for their own personal use. Any other use requires the prior written consent of the Service Provider.

Liability

Service Prices

The prices for services presented on the Service are indicative and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The final price is determined individually after analyzing the client's needs and may differ from the prices presented on the Service.

All prices provided are in Polish Złoty (PLN) and may not include VAT, about which the client will be informed before concluding the agreement.

Complaints

A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details to enable a response. The Service Provider processes complaints within 14 days of their receipt.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions. Users will be informed about significant changes by a notice in the Service. Using the Service after the introduction of changes means their acceptance.

Final Provisions

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means.

Any disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered office, without prejudice to consumer rights resulting from consumer protection regulations.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
