Information Obligation in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR

In accordance with Art. 13 sections 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform you as follows:

Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

• Responding to an inquiry sent via the contact form - the legal basis is consent (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR)
• Taking steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject - the legal basis is the necessity for the performance of a contract (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR)
• Realizing the legitimate interests of the controller, including conducting analyses, ensuring service security, and asserting any claims - the legal basis is a legitimate interest (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR)

Recipients of Data

Recipients of your personal data may include:

• Companies providing hosting and IT services
• Companies providing analytical services
• Companies providing legal, accounting, and advisory services
• Public authorities - in cases provided by law

Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes, and subsequently for the period resulting from legal provisions (in particular, tax and accounting regulations) or until the expiration of limitation periods for any claims.

Data Subject Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data, as well as rectify, erase, or restrict its processing
• Data portability
• Object to data processing based on the legitimate interest of the controller
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw)

Necessity of Data Provision

The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to respond to an inquiry or establish cooperation. Failure to provide data may make it impossible to contact or provide the service.

Automated Decision-Making

Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

Data Transfer to Third Countries

Your personal data will generally not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. In the case of using services of companies based outside the EEA, data transfer will take place with appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.

Exercising Rights

To exercise your rights, please send a relevant request to the email address: [email protected] or to the controller's address. The request should contain information allowing the identification of the requesting person. The controller will respond promptly, no later than one month after receiving the request.
